The Strengths Profile individual reports now include a free optional career sector guide helping you make future choices that are both successful and rewarding.
In addition to the Introductory Profile data that you already have, an Upgrade to the Expert Profile will reveal your full 60 strengths, showing you exactly where each lies within the four quadrants with development advice for each one. You will also learn where your strengths lie within the Strengths Families, which are designed to provide a framework that will help you understand the patterns of strengths in your Profile.
People who already have a completed Introductory Profile and now wish to upgrade their existing results to an Expert Profile. This will give you access to the full 60 strengths and also allow you to be included in any Team Expert Profile.
