How do I find Profiles I have just purchased?
• Log in to your account
• Click Your Name in the top-right hand corner of the screen
• Select Dashboard
• Change your Dashboard Type to Practitioner Dashboard
• Here you will see My Product Balance section.
This shows all of your purchases that you have currently have available as credits.
If you have sent Profiles out via invitations and Products as Transfers and they have been accepted, they will not show in this section as they have already been consumed.
