I took the Strengths Profile (which you have to buy in addition to the book) a while back but have been re-introduced to strengths again by my partner’s work. It’s also come up in my own work recently too. I wanted to get my head around my strengths again and start to use them more at work and at home if possible! The delivery time was very quick and the detail in the book and the strengths within it was more than I expected. The book has given me a good understanding of how to use strengths generally. I even got some tips as a parent. It made me think about my Profile in more detail. I particularly liked the practical suggestions for each strength. I’ve gained more of an insight into my strength “Self-awareness” and why I behave and do things in a certain way. The layout of the book is easy for reading and understanding yet very in-depth. Overall, I am very happy with the purchase and will use the book as reference in the future to help give me ideas to understand myself, and others too, I hope.
