How to transfer profiles or items?
'Manage Your Uses' is where you can transfer Profiles into and out of your groups. To do so, please follow the steps below.
- Log in to your strengths profile account and go to your Dashboard.
- If you want to check how many profiles you have in your account, you can go to the purchases section by going to the left hand side of the screen and clicking Purchases.
- Once you know how many you have, go to the Groups section by going to the left hand side and clicking Groups.
- Click View into a group, then click the Manage Your Uses button.
- Use the <> arrows to transfer products either to the group account or back into your personal account.
- Click Save to make the transfer
