Are you experiencing issues at our store, or can't find what you are looking for? Here are some solutions to common problems and frequently asked questions.


How do I purchase through an invoice?


1.    Contact enquiries@strengthsprofile.com and say you wish to be set up to pay by Invoice - only available for purchases of over £100 GBP

2.    Fill out the short form we send over email confirming a purchaser's details. This can be set up with a direct email address or you can use a generic team email address if you prefer.  Send the form back to us at enquiries@strengthsprofile.com  

3.    Wait for confirmation by the team that this is set up (usually 24 hours)

4.    Add the number of Profiles/products to your online basket to confirm the value and raise the Purchase Order if applicable

5.    Click through the checkout process and when you get to the payment options, you need to select 'Pay by Invoice' option

6.    Enter the PO number - this is optional

7.    Complete the checkout process and you will see the Profiles/products are available immediately in your dashboard.

8.    Send the PO to the email address accounts@cappfinity.com - Please do not send PO’s without an existing Strengths Profile order.

9.    Our invoices are sent out at the end of each month with payment details

10.              Your purchases will now be in your Product Balance in the Practitioner Dashboard
